* EFFICIENT: Ameer handled both our tax returns for 2021 as well as amendments for previous years. Everything went smoothly with no issues! He always replied to be very promptly and answered all my questions, I felt heard. He is also always looking for ways to improve his services for his clients and I love that! He streamlined a lot of his processes so it was very easy on my side to fill out the forms and supply the necessary documents.
* SECURE: He has very secure systems in place, so I felt incredibly safe sending all of my private information and documents over. I actually had used a different, but also highly rated CPA prior to connecting with Ameer and that CPA did not have nearly as good of a system and got hacked which caused me a lot of stress.
* INTEGRITY: Ameer is not trying to nickel and dime you. I actually asked for more services that he could have just taken advantage of and collected his fees, but he was upfront with me that I might not gain a lot from having those services done. With Ameer, I feel like he's always looking out for my best interests!
* PATIENT, KIND: This was personally one of the most important qualities I found in Ameer that sealed the deal for me. Ameer really treated me like a human being and was highly compassionate about my situation. I'm quite new to having a CPA as I've just used TurboTax prior to this year and I've explored other CPAs prior to Ameer. Sure they were also smart and fast, but they left a lot to be desired in terms of communication and some were just straight up rude. Working with Ameer instead was like night and day!
